Introducing AMOS, JIEJIA’s Manufacturing Intelligence Platform
How the AMOS architecture connects factory equipment, production data, business applications and AI-assisted manufacturing.

A connected manufacturing architecture
JIEJIA presents AMOS as an AI-oriented platform linking factory operations with engineering and supply-chain applications. Its architecture starts at the production floor and builds toward data-supported decisions.
Four layers working together
The physical layer connects equipment, materials and workstation terminals. A shared data platform gathers and organizes information from these sources. Business applications cover areas such as quoting, procurement, manufacturing execution, quality and warehousing. The manufacturing intelligence layer applies AI agents and accumulated process knowledge to this connected environment.
Making information usable
The central idea is to reduce isolated systems and make production information available across departments. Equipment status and operational records form the foundation; applications and intelligence depend on the quality and consistency of that information.
