Coordinates embedded software architecture, device drivers and control logic. Works with hardware engineers on board bring-up, interface integration and debugging, and prepares software releases for prototype validation and production testing.

Hardware R&D Manager

Circuit design & PCB engineering

Coordinates schematic design, component selection and PCB layout reviews. Brings power, signal integrity, EMC, thermal and manufacturing requirements into the design process, with prototype findings used to guide each revision.

Project Engineer

Validation & production handover

PCB Layout Engineer

DFM & NPI coordination
