Solder paste inspection, placement verification, AOI, X-Ray where required and SPC checkpoints are linked to each lot before release.
We can coordinate thermal cycling, humidity, vibration, solder-joint and electrical stress testing through our in-house and qualified partner laboratories.
Typical shipments include certificates of conformity, inspection summaries, electrical test results, material-lot traceability and customer-specific PPAP records when required.
We run containment, root-cause analysis and 8D/CAPA workflows, then feed corrective actions back into the control plan and production process.
